Order processing

• Pre-orders are open until November 15, 2026.
• Regular in-stock orders are prepared within 2–3 business days.

Delivery

• Metro Manila: ₱120 delivery fee. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Provincial: ₱150 delivery fee. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays or incomplete delivery information.

Self-pickup

• Self-pickup is free.
• Pickup location: Mandaluyong City.
• Available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Please wait for our Viber confirmation and the exact pickup address before coming.

Returns, exchanges & defective items

• We don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
• Items that arrive defective, damaged, wrong or incorrectly supplied are eligible for review.
• To request a review, send your order reference with reasonable photo or video proof.
• If the delivered item is defective, damaged, wrong or incorrectly supplied, Acting Workshop PH covers the necessary shipping cost.

Cancellations

• To cancel, contact Acting Workshop PH as soon as possible.
• Orders can no longer be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are returned through your original PayMongo payment method.
• Processing time depends on PayMongo and your bank or e-wallet provider.

Privacy

• We collect only the information needed for ordering, delivery or pickup, customer support, accounting and legal requirements.
• Order information is kept for up to one year.
• Payments are handled by PayMongo. Acting Workshop PH does not collect or store card numbers, CVVs or e-wallet credentials.
